Whit-O-Meter – Batman: Arkham Asylum
Old review for a great game. Actually I think this was the first Whit-O-Meter rating that I did, you know, way back in the day. Anyway this game definitely deserved all of the accolades that it received from the industry. Including the impressive sales. It really is refreshing to see a good game developed that represents such an awesome property as Batman. Too often you have crappy titles released with the sole intent on cashing in on the IP. Arkham Asylum really makes you feel like you’re Batman; a badass with all the toys.
Great visuals, very intuiative gameplay that does not get old, incredible environments, and a solid story. If you havent tried it, you’re missing out. Here are the scores:
